How do I get my downloads again?

Go to the Resend my downloads page and enter the email you used at checkout. We email you fresh links for your recent orders. The new links end on the same date as your first ones, and your download counts carry over.

What is the difference between MP3 and WAV?

Each download link opens a page where you pick MP3 or WAV.

• MP3 files are smaller. They are good for phones and play almost everywhere.
• WAV files are full CD quality, with nothing taken out. They are much bigger, so they take longer to download and use more space.

How long do my links last, and how many downloads do I get?

Your links work for 30 days from your purchase. You get up to 5 downloads of each file. The MP3 and WAV of the same song share those 5 downloads, and a download that stops partway still counts as one. Once a file is on your device, save a copy somewhere safe.

Is a free download really free?

Yes. Enter your email and tick the newsletter box at checkout. If you are new to our list, we first send you an email to confirm it. Tap the link in that email within 7 days, and your download link arrives right after. If you are already on our list, the link comes right away. Every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe, and you can use it any time.

Can I get a refund on music?

Digital music is final sale, so we do not refund songs or albums. Gifts to Nu Kreature Music are final sale too. If a download link stops working, we will fix it. See our refunds and returns policy for the details.

When will my merch ship, and how do I track it?

Our merch is printed to order by our print partner, Printful, and ships to US addresses only. Your cart usually shows the shipping cost and an estimate of when it will arrive. When each package ships, we email you its tracking link.

How do I return merch?

Start with the returns form. You need your order number (it starts with NK- and is in your receipt email) and the email you used.

• Damaged, misprinted, defective, or the wrong item: send a photo within 30 days after it arrives, and we send you a new one at no cost.
• Wrong size, or you changed your mind: keep the item. Tell us within 30 days after it arrives, and we email you a code for 30% off your next merch order.
